These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://jbscleaning.com/home and your purchase or use of services from JB's Cleaning Services, doing business as JB’s Cleaning Services (“JB’s Cleaning Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or authorizing work, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book services.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.

If you book services for another person, property, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to grant lawful access to the service location.

2. Cleaning Services

JB’s Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning in and around Waynesville, Missouri. Services may include:

Standard home cleaning

Deep cleaning

Move-in and move-out cleaning

Office cleaning

Airbnb turnover cleaning

Kitchen and appliance cleaning

Bathroom sanitization

Interior window and glass cleaning

Dusting and surface care

Floor care

Post-construction cleaning

Availability, scope, frequency, and pricing depend on the property, requested work, condition, location, staffing, and the written quote or booking confirmation.

Website descriptions and “starting from” prices are general information and do not constitute a binding quote. A confirmed quote, service order, or written communication may contain additional terms and will control for that service if it conflicts with general website content.

3. Quotes, Bookings, and Changes

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be revised if the size, condition, access requirements, hazards, or requested scope differs materially upon arrival.

A service request is not accepted until we confirm it. You must provide accurate contact, property, access, and service information and promptly disclose conditions that may affect safety, timing, or price.

Any policy disclosed in a confirmed booking or quote is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the service location, working utilities, and accurate instructions.

Before service, you should:

Secure valuables, cash, medications, weapons, confidential records, fragile or irreplaceable items, and anything you do not want moved.

Identify damaged, delicate, specialty, or restricted surfaces.

Keep children and pets safely away from active work areas.

Disclose known hazards, infestations, biohazards, bodily fluids, mold, hazardous chemicals, sharp objects, unsafe structures, or other conditions that may require specialized remediation or protective measures.

We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, materially different from the booking, or outside our ordinary cleaning scope.

Specialized remediation, pest control, hazardous-waste removal, exterior high-rise work, and restoration services are not included unless expressly agreed to in writing.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

You agree to pay the confirmed charges, approved additions, applicable taxes, and disclosed fees.

Payment is due according to the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for authorized amounts.

Failed or reversed payments may result in reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction and Damage Reporting

If you believe work was missed or property was damaged, notify us promptly at 573-205-7634 or [email protected]. Include a description and, when helpful, photographs.

We may inspect the affected area and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable re-clean, repair, replacement contribution, insurance process, or another remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The website and its text, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to JB’s Cleaning Services and protected by applicable law.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our services.

You may not:

Submit unlawful or harmful material.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court when eligible or from exercising a nonwaivable consumer right.
